20th Century Masters: The Millennium Collection Vol. it is worth buying and keeping in your dance collection. 1/The '60s (The Best of the Temptations) After seeing the Movie "The Temptations" I knew I wanted this Album. it has all the great Mowtown Hits of the Temptations.
I bought this CD a year ago & now I can't get enough of The Tempts. If you're a new fan (like I was when I 1st bought this) then this is a good CD for you to purchase but if you're a die-hard fan don't buy it cuz most likely you already have all of these songs.
And music companies wonder why CD sales are down/illegal downloads are up. Great artists, and great music, done in by greed. Universal could, of course, have put both Vol. Universal isn't the only offender in the cheapskate sweepstakes, but it certainly leads the pack. Very sad. 1 and Vol. 2 on the same disc (22 songs total).
This cd has thier most famous songs on it Like. & Others. This is a very good cd, I don't know why the other reviewers disagree. My Girl, Papa's got A Brand new Bag, Ain't To Proud To Beg(My Fav). I recomend this cd to who ever is a true Temptation's Fan.If you liked this cd Check out the whole Temptaions, Cd Collection. I think this is an awesome cd. the Temptations are the best at what they do.
It is truly amazing that you can find the songs available in this particular collection on countless "greatest hits" collections. I am a (as another reviewer put it) "die-hard" temptations fan. You won't be disappointed. Save your money and buy the Emperors of Soul Box Set. Always have been. Infact, my latest thing going on is trying to get their rare 80's albums [Together Again, Special, To Be Continued, etc] on CD.
